Product Description:

This chapter is dedicated to the preparation of social work trainees and field preceptors responsible for transforming theory into practice, and enabling trainees to take deeper dives into the socio-political-cultural contexts of the clients and communities they serve. To support trainee development by offering tools to help them to find greater understanding of themselves and their clients, using empathy, CRT, and authentic inquiry to build bridges and support goal development.
