National month and World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10). On this day, commitments and practical measures to prevent suicide are encouraged around the world. Every day there are on average almost 3,000 people who end their life and at least 20 people attempt suicide for every one who succeeds. It includes information on the subject and resources for seeking help, including the Commission for the Prevention of Suicide of the Department of Health of PR.
