Employee Day with FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY (September 11): celebrates and recognizes the value that employees with functional diversity bring to society. This concept implies that we are all adept at various functions. In PR, Law 50 of 2015, provides that the second Friday in September be recognized and activities are carried out to recognize that people with disabilities have the right to exercise a profession according to their knowledge and abilities, and to obtain a job free of discrimination.
