Product Description:

This presentation reviews 16 countries' national level policies to determine if Shogren and Turnbull's (2014) four core concepts of disability law align with the United Nations Convention on the Rights for Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD). The UNCRPD holds four core concepts within article 24, (a) antidiscrimination, (b) integration, (c) individualized and appropriate services, and (d) prevention and amelioration. The presentation reviews the findings.
