The services available to young children with developmental delays, or disabilities, and their families. The goal of early intervention is to promote health, education, and social development for newborns to three -year-olds through supports and services. (Can also be known as Early On or Birth to Three) WHY: Intervention is more effective when it is provided earlier in life and can change a childs developmental path.
