Product Description:

Interprofessional practice is best practice for the diagnosis of many pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities. It is difficult to implement in the outpatient setting, due to issues of productivity, access, space, and reimbursement. We explored flexible team configurations to improve patient access and conserve resources. We developed a plan to increase access with flexible team configurations to support family-centered care while operating within best practice guidelines.
