Product Description:

The Puerto Rico Family to Family Center (PRF2Fc) offers guidance and make interventions with families of children and youth with special health care needs and DD. Their family guides get in touch with parents and caregivers to empower them (giving information) about programs and agencies to find health and education services, among others, for their children with SHCN. The poster present the increase of empowerment of parents and caregivers.
