Product Description:

As part of the Tri-Agency initiative utilizing the CORE ACL AUCD Vaccine Access grant funds, Guam CEDDERS developed, produced, and disseminated 1,672 copies of the COVID-19 Vaccine for 5-11 years old campaign flyers. The flyers were distributed to GDOE, charter schools, and private schools to students with disabilities. The purpose of the flyer was to educate parents and students about the COVID-19 Vaccine for children and the location of the vaccination sites.
