Product Description:

As part of the Tri-Agency initiative utilizing the CORE ACL AUCD Vaccine Access grant funds, Guam CEDDERS developed, produced, and disseminated 3,415 copies of the COVID-19 Vaccination Support Clinic for Families with Children with Disabilities flyers. The flyers were distributed to village stores, GDOE, charter schools, and private schools to students with disabilities. The purpose of the flyer was to inform families of the vaccination site locations and what documents are required.
