Product Description:

Through multiple panels/panelists, explore transitions from 1) birth to school-age, 2) primary to high school and 3) high school into adulthood. We share what we've learned and what we wish we had known about transitions from a myriad of viewpoints. Families/Professionals will gain knowledge that can't be found in books or videos, but from families with lived experience working to support the whole person in their lives.
