AIDD core: Stability of the direct support professional workforce providing residential supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Oregon

In a report prepared for the Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services we found a significant inverse correlation between staff pay and staff turnover (higher pay was correlated with lower turnover). Some types of employment benefits were also correlated with lower turnover. Report includes recommendations for reducing turnover.
