Product Description:

Action Team Training is a workshop to teach families with a member with a disability to develop and implement plans for community action. The workshop was developed by Familiy Alliances for Supports Today and Tomorrow (FASTT), an ADD funded family support project. Action Team Training: Facilitator's Guide is an aid to anyone wishing to replicate the workshop. The content parallels an Action Team Training Manual given workshop participants and provids detailed instructions for presenting workshop mateial.
