Family Alliances for Supports Today & Tommorow (FASTT)was an ADD funded family support project which opperated from 1999 to 2002. Best Practices in Family Supports: Lessons From the FASTT Project describes project successes and pitfalls to avoid in supporting families with a member with a disability. More specifically, lessons are described related to conducting community-wide needs assessments, training families to develop and implement community action plans, and supporting families as they implement community action plans.
