This is an informational sheet for organizational purposes, free for PR families who request it and who have a child with special health care needs and special education issues. Parents can use this guide to keep track of important information about educational needs of their child with special health care needs (SHCN). This sheet has information about the sites of the Department of Education offices around the island and it's used by our F2F staff to suit the information needs of families.
