Product Description:

Natural supports are those that are available to any young adult entering the work force. In promoting the use of natural supports, Project School to Work collaborated with seven New Hampshire school districts to assist high school students who have disabilities on finding and keeping jobs in their communities. This guide shares their stories and what was learned along the way.
