Purpose: To inform women with disabilities (age 13 and older)about violence and abuse in order to prevent the victimization of women with disabilities in Michigan. Learner objectives include: 1)Name 4 signs of a healthy relationship; 2)Define 5 types of abuse; 3)Recognize signs of an abusive relationship; 4)Learn strategies of personal safety planning; 5)Name 3 available community resources.
