Product Description:

Oral health ranks among the most prevalent of unmet health care needs in people with IDD. Many dentists lack the educational preparation to feel competent serving people with IDD. This poster outlines a new training facility for theUniversity of Michigan School of Dentistry to work with local volunteer dentists who oversee pre-doctoral dental interns to provide free dental services for those who can't find help anywhere else. They focus on children, veterans, pregnant women, and those with IDD.
