Product Description:

This report is the third in a series prepared for the Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities Services. We found DSP average hourly wages increased in 2021 and turnover rates decreased. However, DSP vacancy rates increased which indicates agencies are still struggling to recruit and retain DSPs. Report includes recommendations for reducing turnover.
