Product Description:

During this presentation staff from the three New York State Regional Support Centers will demonstrate how they used family engagement to drive technical assistance and educational material development to support Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs programs in Local Health Departments. The role of family specialists in the project and the transformational leadership of Regional Support Center staff was emphasized.
