Product Description:

The webinar covered the challenging transitions that children with special healthcare needs or autism face. These transitions result from disruptions in their routines, communication barriers, and a lack of support. To address this issue, the Building Better Bridge toolkit and form have been developed to assist parents during this crucial period and enhance their chances of success.
