Caregivers of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities often face challenges in navigating the complex healthcare system and effectively communicating their experiences and needs. Similarly, self-advocates may encounter difficulties in expressing their healthcare preferences and concerns. Traditional feedback mechanisms may not adequately capture the nuanced experiences leading to gaps in understanding and support.
