Product Description:

Medicaid funds vital services for children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities. Proposed changes to the structure of Medicaid would significantly reduce federal funding. The most concerning are the proposed structural changes including per capita caps and block grants, as well as threats to Early Periodic Screening Diagnostic and Treatment and Medicaid Waiver services.
