The bibliography is divided into five sections: General Health/Wellness, Nutrition, Physical Activity, Recreational Activities, and Stress. Most of the resources are from non-profit community groups, government agencies, or university based programs and projects that focus on the health promotion and wellness for individuals with disabilities.
