Product Description:

This poster describes our Community-Clinic Collaboration Series, which is part of our LEND Core Course. It involves sessions about different disability communities (e.g., autism, FASD, physical disabilities, deaf and hard of hearing). Each session takes place in a community organization or space that serves the particular community that is highlighted. It also includes panels with self- and family- advocates, as well as clinicians, presenting from their perspectives.
