During the past semester, University of Missouri-Kansas City students in certain classes participated in an Academic Service-Learning project. As part of their course requirements, the students spent time working in a community agency. The work often related to the course work the student was doing. Sometimes it was more of a community service task. This report describes the perceptions of 34 faculty members who participated in this Academic Service Learning project.
