This colorful and interactive planning instrument describes the possible steps a community might go through in an effort to develop a coordinated transportation system. It is designed especially to help members of the community unfamiliar with transportation to better understand what community transportation is and how to go about bringing stakeholders together to plan for better access to transportation in their region.
