Product Description:

Describes results of more than 60 focus groups that discussed what self-determination means to them and what is needed to exercise self-determination. Each focus group was comprised of people of similar ethnic/racial heritage, in three separate groupings: students with serious emotional disturbances, parents, and teachers.
