Product Description:

A feecback letter, written in the child's voice, is given to caregivers and shared with parents. The letter has three parts in which the child lists the skills that he/she is good at, skills that he/she is working on, and skills that he/she needs help with. A letter is generate for each developmental assessment time point, which varies by site from 2 to 3 times per year.
