A curriculum motivating and guiding students with disabilities as they begin early transition planning for life after high school. It promotes positive attitudes, self-advocacy, and effective planning through its four components -- the videotape, discussion guide, student notebook, and family-teacher guide -- which may be used in home, school, and community settings. The family/teacher guide contains suggestions on how to work with students as they use the notebook. Developed by the Institute's National Center on Secondary Education and Transition, in collaboration with State of the Art, Inc.
