Product Description:

This paper summarizes the issue related to hearings to determine mental retardation (intellectual disability) for individuals facing capital punishment. As the number of such cases increases, it becomes more important to have expert witnesses who are familiar with the complex matter of diagnosing intellectual disability in Atkins cases.
