Product Description:

Over the period of May 12, 2008 to July 22, 2008, the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services, in collaboration with the State Committee on Aging and the Institute on Disablity at UNH, conducted seventeen community listening sessions throughout the State to hear what seniors and local service providers thought about the transformation efforts taking place in the long term care services system. The listening sessions were held as part of the Systems Transformation Grant work plan as a means of public outreach and comment.
