Product Description:

This is the third version of the MODDRC resource folder which assists individuals, families and professionals in finding necessary resources in the community. This version is much expanded and includes detailed resources including ones that are not just disability specific. Resources include those on education, health care access and financing, health facilities, employment, legal and civil rights, housing, as well as family, peer, and consumer supports. This resource folder is developed through the support of the Missouri Planning Council for Developmental Disabilities, Missouri Protection and Advocacy Services, Missouri Heald Start Collaboration Office, Missouri Department of Mental Health, Missouri Bureau of Special Health Care Needs, and First Steps.
