Product Description:

Young children enter early intervention services a variety of ways. For some children, it is because they have a diagnosed condition or disability; for other children it is because their families or other caregivers have concerns about their development. Regardless of how children enter our early intervention programs, it is important to collect needed information about how the child and the family function within daily routines. This packet is designed to assist professionals working with infants and toddlers and their families to better gather and use data to determine eligibilty, understand the process and make sound assessment decisions.
