Product Description:

Part of a six-part training series for youth workers and community coalitions dedicated to nurturing positive assets for all youth. The Asset Model of youth development is a framework that includes everyone. Participants learn a team approach that helps them to work together with families, schools, neighbors, congregations, organizations and others as they design youth programs. Included are the seven essential elements of responsive youth programs and a step-by-step guide to assessment, planning, and evaluation of asset-focused youth programs.
