Product Description:

30 minute video comprised of advice from people with developmental disabilities who use paid supports and the direct support professionals that provide them. The video is primarily geared toward direct support professionals to help them better understand their role in providing supports which adhere to the principles of self-determination and self-direction. Music and artwork used in the production were provided by current and former direct support professionals. Narration by Avery Brooks.
