This report summarizes the results of a 2010 national internet survey of 2,416 parents or relatives of children and youth ages 11 years to 39 years with disabilities from 54 states or U.S. territories.Families of transition age youth are very likely to report that getting information about various transition topics is important. However, many have currently unmet support needs. Families seek information from a variety of sources. Transition support information should be available in a variety of formats from a variety of information sources.
