The brochure explains the purpose of and make up of the Community Advisory Committee and provides information on how to participate. It is comprised of individuals with disabilities, their families, provider representatives and advocates. They advise Partners' staff on the type programs, training, and information that Partners should provide across the state. It is a resource for individuals with disabilities to realize their right to full participation in all aspects of society and provides an arena for the members to network, collaborate and locate resources to expand community living as well as grass roots projects.
