Product Description:

This curriculum is designed to teach real estate agents about serving people with disabilities. It documents some of the history of the disabilities rights movement, and teaches proper ettiquette when working with people with disabilities. It also reviews terms that people with disabilities may use in describing the type of housing they are looking for, and gives suggestions on ways to make homes more accessible. Loan products specifically targetted to people with disabilities are reviewed, and the economic viability of people with disabilities is discussed.
