Product Description:
A new asynchronous course was developed and taught to deepen students' skills in critical appraisal of quantitative research articles of interventions related to the discipline of speech and language pathology. Students will discuss the credibility of the research, including issues of bias, confounding, statistical significance and clinical importance. Emphasis will be on discussion of the strength of the evidence and its relevance to the management of patients and clients.
