This working conference was co-hosted by Think College partners: Center on Disability Studies at the University of Hawaii, and the Tarjan Center at UCLA. This is a combination of materials that were discussed at the conference. Materials include: Agenda, information about the presenters and their programs, powerpoint on self determination, standards based conceptual framework for students with ID in PSE, materials for conference break-out sessions, transition to independent living programs, the role of families in supporting students with ID and Autism in preparing for college, flyers about other programs.
