As you think about job development, you probably immediately think of one of your job seekers. They are an essential part of the whole process. But another player is also necessary for all the pieces of the puzzle to come together- that is the employer. This course will focus on the employer as your "equally" important customer in providing job development services. You will learn to approach employers with a business perspective and assist them in identifying and meeting their business needs. At the end of this course you will be able understand the business needs of the employer community and approach them as a valued customer, with strategies and techniques that will build confidence and trust between all of you.
