As you begin job development with a job seeker there are a number of essential factors that must be considered. This course will discuss the importance of disclosure. Disclosure impacts your marketing plan for each job seeker. Another factor that also impacts your marketing plan is job matching. This course will discuss how to match your job seeker's skills to the jobs you pursue with them. Lastly you need to always consider the marketing materials you will be using to approach employers; they need to be professional, geared to the correct audience, and correspond to each of your job seeker's preferences for disclosure.
