Product Description:

The manual was written to assist programs serving children with special health care needs and their families to ensure that a child is well nourished. The manual provides sections on screening anticipatory guidance, how to make referrals, integrating recommendations into IEP and improving understanding of most common nutrition concerns in children/youth with special health care needs for the new nutrition professional or other health care professionals working with children/youth with special health care needs as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
