Product Description:

My Emergency Readiness Plan? is a personal emergency- or disaster-preparedness planning tool developed specifically for use by persons with disabilities. The Plan is comprised of four Steps that represent different aspects of the emergency readiness planning process: 1: My Important Information; 2: My Plan For Taking Care Of My Needs; 3: Should I Stay Or Should I Go?; and 4: After Emergencies are Over. The Plan includes inserts for 19 categories of functional needs, inserts for adding information about other household members to the plan, and a list of emergency preparedness resources in Delaware and in the US.
