The purpose of the One Stop Service Center Initiative was to identify best practices for providing high quality, accessible services to job seekers with disabilities through the One Stop Service Center system. This article provides an overview of the Workforce Investment Act and One Stop system and presents a current review of the system in terms of serving individuals with disabilities. Findings have been utilized to develop strategies to improve access and service delivery to persons with disabilities within the One Stop system.
