Grant progress report to provide an update on each objective of the Council on Developmental Disabilities Understanding Special Education (USE) training project, 11/5/03. This project is a training course to teach parents and educators about special education laws, the special education process, and parent professional partnerships. The overall focus of the training is on increasing the amount of time children with disabilites spend in general education settings. Progress measures included number of participants trained as well as time students spend in general education settings vs.special education settings.
