Article describes the extent and effect of hunger and food insecurity in children with special health care needs. Included is an introduction to a food and nutrition screening algorithm for use by health and educational providers when they work with vulnerable families. Included are resources for helping families access food, links to additional information and a quizz to gain CE credits.
