ACS DirectCourse: CDS FFT - Body and Soul
Product Description:
Body and Soul: Diana & Kathy originally aired on PBS in 2009. This film tells how Kathy Conour, a woman with cerebral palsy, and Diana Braun, a woman with Down's syndrome, became two of the most remarkable advocates for people with disabilities. Film for Thought courses focus on one film. They help you, the learner, to connect the story in the film to the competencies and skills you have learned in the College of Direct Support. Each FFT course divides a popular film into chapters. It connects CDS content and learning to the main themes and story line of each film chapter. It then asks you to reflect on your CDS learning and the film.
