Product Description:

In 2000 the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation went through an elaborate strategic planning process to define 11 strategies that would guide its work going forward. In the winter of 2004 it wanted to revisit the strategic planning process with an eye toward determining which strategies were viable and should continue and which might be terminated. The present report describes procedures used in revisiting the plans along with results and recommendations for future foci.
