Evaluating Interactive Videoconferencing for Assessing Symptoms of Autism

This manuscript describes the result of a pilot study conducted at the CCHD. We compared diagnostic accuracy, item by item reliability on the ADOS and ADI-R and parent satisfaction in in-person and ITV settings. Results indicated no significat differences in reliability of diagnostic accuracy, ADOS observations, raings for ADI-R parent report of symptoms and parent satisfaction between conditions.
